During this tour The Molecules got to perform with some of their favorite Japanese bands, Ruins, Omoide Hatoba, Kirihito, Coa. There was also a duet set of music with Ron Anderson and Yoshida Tatsuya in Kyoto, a trio with Ron Anderson, Yoshida Tatsuya and Seiichi Yamamoto in Osaka. The Molecules and Ruins did an improvisation set in Tokyo at Show Boat. At La Mama in Tokyo, The Molecules invited Otomo Yoshihide on stage for an improvisation. Ron Anderson and Yoshida Tatsuya also played together at a small Jazz club in the outskirts of Tokyo. Some of the music from that night can be found on the A Is For An Accident CD. (see catalog)

After the tour of Japan, The Molecules had planed to work on new material for the next CD, and to set up a tour of Europe. When Ryo was denied permission to enter the United States by U. S. customs, he was replaced by John Shiurba. The Molecules continued to play locally and in 1996 did a short Northwest tour with Melt Banana. The Molecules continued with recording work on their never released triple CD until June of 1998 when Ron departed to live in Europe and then New York City.
